It is my pleasure to welcome you to the virtual home of the phenomenal ladies of Phi Upsilon Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, serving Sterling County, Virginia. Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and learn more about our chapter, our sisterhood, and our commitment to service.

As we embark upon the 2026–2027 sorority year, we are proud to embrace the Extraordinary Power of S.H.E., a Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated program focused on advancing social, health, and economic justice for women globally. This powerful initiative challenges us to recognize the extraordinary strength of women and to use our collective voices, resources, and influence to advocate for meaningful change.

The Extraordinary Power of S.H.E. reminds us that our work extends beyond the boundaries of our individual communities. It calls us to examine the social, health, and economic issues affecting women and girls, elevate their voices, expand opportunities, and create pathways toward greater equity and empowerment. As Zetas, we are committed to turning awareness into action and purpose into impact.

Since its chartering on April 8, 2008, by six trailblazing women who recognized the need for a greater impact in Loudoun County, the ladies of Phi Upsilon Zeta have remained dedicated to being community-conscious, action-oriented women. With devotion and intention, we continue to partner with community agencies, organizations, and individuals to enrich the lives of others while upholding the principles of scholarship, service, sisterhood, and finer womanhood.

For more than 18 years, Phi Upsilon Zeta has made a positive impact throughout the Loudoun County community. Our efforts have included academic support through our Adopt-A-School initiatives, scholarship opportunities, outreach to residents experiencing homelessness, and initiatives designed to uplift and support our seasoned citizens. We have also demonstrated the power of collective service and philanthropy through fundraising efforts benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the March of Dimes, while supporting prenatal care and prematurity awareness.

Our commitment to social action continues through efforts that encourage citizens to Get Engaged, become informed, use their voices, and take action on issues that impact women, families, and communities.

As we enter the 2026–2027 sorority year, we are reminded that there is extraordinary power in women who know their purpose, understand their influence, and are willing to use both in service to others. Through the Extraordinary Power of S.H.E., Phi Upsilon Zeta will continue to create spaces for advocacy, education, service, and meaningful engagement while contributing to a larger movement for social, health, and economic justice for women locally and globally.
