We are college educated professional women committed to Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.’s national principles of Scholarship, Service and Sisterhood in the pursuit of Finer Womanhood through efficient and effective community oriented programs in the Loudoun County area.

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the virtual home of the phenomenal ladies of Phi Upsilon Zeta in Sterling, VA. Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and learn more about our organization and chapter. As we embark on our 2021-2022 sorority year, we are charged to continue to be community-conscious, action- oriented women dedicated to upholding the sorority’s principles. Through the vision of our illustrious Founders, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. has grown to be more than 100,000 diverse women of all ages in a plethora of professions.

The ladies of Phi Upsilon Zeta have been dedicated to serving the Loudoun County community since its chartering April 8, 2008, by 6 trail- blazing women who saw the need for a greater impact in Loudoun County. With devotion and intention, we partner with various community agencies and organizations to enrich the lives of others through uninterrupted actions of promoting the sorority’s principles of scholarship, service, sisterhood, and finer womanhood.

Since the inception of the chapter, Phi Upsilon Zeta has been making positive impacts in the community through academic support of the Adopt-A-School program and scholarship opportunities, servicing our residents experiencing homelessness, and uplifting our seasoned citizens through various elder care initiatives. We demonstrate impact through fundraising endeavors in support of St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and the March of Dimes, that supports pre-natal care and pre-maturity awareness. We also encourage all citizens to Get Engaged through continuous social action initiatives.
